We were going to make our table a table top air hockey table. But we were also going to move our air source to blow from the bottom instead of the side. So we ran into a bit of a stump. We really wanted to make a table top air hockey table so it was easy for transportation. We decided we were going to add something to the bottom to prop it up a little so the air source could still come from the bottom. So we are going to cut 2 x 4’s to prop up the air hockey table and the table will continue to run smoothly.
This relates to engineering because our original idea was not going to work so we decided to engineer a new way to use our table without making a major change.
