Intro
In this day and age, social media platforms are adopting the same layout. The same functions, designed to put its users in a trance. But if you were to take a look back at the social media platforms from the past, you would discover that there were no algorithms, no “For You” pages, no spoon feeding to try and get the most online activity from you. It was simple, people posted what they want and you would see it. But some people have broken free from this and have started a movement, “Web Revival”. With this movement people have tried to bring back the old Web by making their own websites. But without the help of everyone, the movement will never get far, people will continue with their entrancing social media platforms, and in their constant use, they will over use the dopamine receptors in their brains.
How Can I Help?
The way you can help is very simple, in order to help, you can make your own website. Learning HTML code is very easy, and if enough people make personal websites with their own style and personality hopefully, we can end entrancing algorithms. And with that people can go back to normal.
