Okay so starting off they both have a d-pad with the simple 4 buttons, on ps4 the buttons are an X, square,triangle,and a circle, on the xbox one there’s  also an X but the other buttons are a Y,B,A. Another thing that make these controllers similar are the triggers and bumpers on the front of the controllers, the xbox one has RB(Right Bumper) and LB(Left Bumper) as well as an LT(Left Trigger) and RT(Right Trigger) but the ps4 triggers are short and the bumpers are little slimer and a different shape the ps4 triggers are called L2 and R2 and the bumpers are called L1 and R1. Those aren’t the only differences the shape of the controllers are different and the joystick placements the left and right joysticks on the ps4 controller are right next to each other while the xbox one controllers joysticks are a little separated. Now moving on to the actual console (since im talking about the old gen versions i’m not gonna include the new gen consoles like the PlayStation 5 or the Xbox Series S/X) as you probably know the xbox one looks like well a box more like a rectangle while the ps4 is an angular, slanted shape not only that they both have there own unique games which can be identified as PlayStation exclusive or Xbox exclusive they both have at least 1 good exclusive game personally i love gow which is for playstation but i’m sure xbox has there own good games. Now for the prices i’m pretty sure there both around $300 but honestly if you were going to buy an xbox you should probably go either the xbox series X or S but anyway that’s about it see ya.
