You might need to rest your Airpods because they might be acting up, sound muffled, or other problems.

First step: You want to put your Airpods in their charging case, and close the lid completely.

Second step: Wait 30 seconds with both Airpods in the charging case

Third step: Open the lid of your Airpod charging case.

Fourth step: On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, go to settings, then Bluetooth, then tap the more info button next to your Airpods.(If you cant see your Airpods in settings, then Bluetooth, just go to the next step.)

Fifth step: Tap Forget This Device, and then tap again to confirm.

Sixth step: Open the lid, press and hold the setup button on the back of the case for a decent 15 seconds, until the status light flashes amber, then white.

Seventh step: You want to reconnect your Airpods, to do that have your Airpods in their charging case and then open the lid, place you Airpods close to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Then follow the steps on your device’s screen.
