Did you know the Mac Pro has wheels? Yes, it does, and it costs $700.

Because people are crazy, one of the YouTubers tried to put these $700 wheels on his skateboard, and then tried to use it. Yeah, you heard it right: Using a $700 skateboard with computer wheels.

If ypu didn’t know they existed, then I’ll tell about them. The Mac Pro Wheels Kit was quietly added to Apple’s online store in April. If you didn’t add wheels to your 2019 Mac Pro when you bought it, you can now retroactively add them. As previously reported, the wheels cost $699.

A Youtuber by the name of Braille Skateboarding makes a bunch of skating content that makes skateboarding experiments, for an example he made a glass skateboard and rode it around until it broke.

He had a hard time putting on the wheels because there wasn’t any screws to put them on. So he had to drill in 4 holes for he can put them on the skateboard.

It was really hard to do tricks on them because the wheels weren’t like any regular skateboard wheel. The Apple wheels could rotate 180 degrees, and regular skateboard wheels can’t rotate at all. So they had a lot of trouble having a stable landing because there wasn’t any trucks to keep them in place.

The wheels rotating wasn’t the only problem. The paslitc hardware they used to mount the wheels would break or be loose. They had to have many solutions for the skateboard to be rideable

The soultions they did was they used another plastic mount for wheels but they put one at the top of the screw and the bottom, it worked for a bit but then the mounts at the top also started to become loose, so they had to quickly hide another solution. The final solution they did that they somehow managed to put the wheels on trucks and it worked really well but it was still unstable because the trucks weren’t applied correctly.
