The number of corals on the planet has decreased by more than fifty percent since 1950. Researchers from all around the world are searching for new solutions that will solve the issue. without coral reefs it might result in a decrease in the amount of oxygen produced globally, less coastlines, and we will have less fish causing a loss in the fishing market. Institutions including the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration have noticed the advantages of 3d printing support the problem. Now that the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration have solved this problem now they just have to produce more coral reef and plant them all around the world. This is also helpful for the environment by recycling, using old plastic ad using it as filament for the 3D printer. The coral reef is also very functional, its just like normal coral having little cavities were the fish can live. This is a very smart way to save the ocean and its living things and by recycling at the same time. Technology has advanced a lot since the years but now we can use technology to help the environment and not just for something else.
