Today we worked on cutting out the sides of the car, or the top view. We tried to make the head of the car like the shape of a bullet. This will hopefully help the aerodynamics of the car. Since we were using the band saw we had to make relief cuts along the marked line, because the nose of the car had a curve. After we finished cutting out the design, we sanded the edges and sides of the car to further increase its aerodynamics. Tomorrow, we will drill the hole for the engine.
