Samsung and Google are working together to creat a smart home robot named Ballie, a small rolling ball that’s powered by AI. It was shown in 2020, and now Ballie has now been upgraded with more upgraded features and is been said to be released in the U.S. by June 2025. Ballie is made to move around your home and help with your tasks. It uses AI to understand peoples voice, analyze its surroundings, and respond with accurate information. This is possible because of Samsung’s technology and Google’s AI system called Gemini. Ballie can help with outfit picks when you’re getting ready or offer tips to relaz if you tell Ballie that your feeling tired. Even further from your own uses, Ballie can also interact with lots of smart home devices like lights, TVs, and thermostats due to Samsung’s SmartThings platform. Samsung also promised that Ballie respects user privacy. It can be used without an internet connection, and you have control over the listening and viewing, which will provide a reliable and safe experience. With its planned release by June 2025, Ballie can be a improvement for the next generation.
