Parkour is an adrenaline-filled sport that requires strength, agility, and spatial awareness, and it has gained popularity as a form of fitness and artistic expression.
Parkour is a sport that is believed to have existed for centuries, with Chinese and Indian ancestry. Many have struggled throughout the years to master this sport, yet it can never be truly mastered. The sport was established by David Belle in the 1990s, when he founded the Yamakasi. The sport became popular in the 1990s and 2000s.  Parkour requires extreme concentration, and is a sport that many people enjoy.

Parkour can be casual, for example, doing a few fun tricks with your friends, or it can be serious, where you take life-threatening jumps, and you sometimes even get an instructor and a sponsor.
