Nikola Badger Truck
The Nikola Badger Truck was originally made in Coolidge Arizona by General Motors. They made about 2,500 trucks.
Nikola is an American company. General Motors will no longer make electric trucks for Nikola which took an eleven percent stake in the company.
The wealthy founder of Nikola Corp was convicted for never having the truck crash-tested by the NHTSA or the IIHS.
The Nikola Badger was a success on September 9, 2021, but had its downfall in October 2021. The Nikola Badger is no longer available.
It was a wonderful truck but it was too overpowered for the electric vehicle technology. The Nikola Badger Truck costs 39,000 to 69,000.
Nikola had billions of dollars of investment in electric semi-truck technology.
If the Badger Truck was still in production they would have had two versions of the trunk–a regular battery-electric and a hybrid battery/hydrogen fuel-cell version.
Maybe in the future, Nikola will have a better understanding of why they stopped releasing the Nikola Badger Truck.
