Garlic Bread Bites are an easy appetizer to make, it only takes a few ingredients. You need Bagels, Olive Oil, Parmesan cheese, and Garlic Bread Seasoning that contains Salt, Pepper, Garlic powder and Italian blend spices. The best way to make Garlic Bread Bites with an Air Fryer, because you get the optimal texture and taste.

First you must decide how many bites you want to make, therefore you must decide how many bagels to get. Once you get the number of bagels you want, you would then cut the bagel into bite size pieces. One bagel usually is around 25 slices depending on how thin you slice up the bagel. When you get the bagel cut up into bite size pieces, you then would cover your bagel bites with olive oil in a bowl. The more oil you pour on the bite size pieces, the more crispier they get in the air fryer. In a separate bowl, you would estimate about 1 cup of parmesan cheese and measure out 1/2 to 1 tablespoon of salt, pepper, garlic powder and italian blend seasoning together. You can add more or less of the parmesan and seasonings depending on your personal taste. Once you have the parmesan/garlic mixture completed, you would dump that mixture into the bowl with the bagel bites covered in olive oil and gently mix together to coat the bagel slices.

Depending on how many bagels you cut up, you want to separate the Garlic Bread Bites into groups so that only a layer of the mixture covers the bottom of the air fryer basket. By doing one layer at a time, the bagels cook more evenly. Before you put the Garlic Bread Bites into the air fryer you want to preheat it for 5 minutes at 180 degrees. Once the air fryer is done preheating, take some tin foil to cover the bottom of the air fryer basket (the tin foil helps with easy clean up after), you will put a layer of Garlic Bread Bites in the air fryer basket for 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

Once they are done let them sit for about 5 minutes to let them cool down. The Garlic Bread Bites are very good by themselves but you can also dip them in something like hummus or a dip called “Heluva Good Dip” or just try them with any dip.
