The Smallest Case that Can fit a Graphics Card

The Velkase Velka 3 is a case with dimensions of 189 x 96 x 218 mm (7.4 x 3.8 x 8.6 in) and an external volume of 3.9 liters and an internal volume of 3.7 liters. It’s the smallest case that can operate with a graphics card, all other smaller cases use integrated graphics.
It is compatible with two GPU coolers: the Noctua NH-L9 and the Jonsbo HP-400, the Noctua being more reliable and quieter (most Noctua fans are in beige and brown, but there is one in black for $10 more. There are two different types of each fan that simply change how it’s screwed on to the motherboard based on the motherboard type (Intel, ASRock, etc.).
The only type of motherboards that can fit in this case are mini-ITX (170 x 170 mm) with the exception of the ASUS ROG STRIX B660-I GAMING which is incompatible.
The only graphics cards that will fit inside this case WITHOUT case extension are the PNY GEFORCE RTX 3060 12GB XLR8 GAMING REVEL EPIC-X RGB SINGLE FAN, PALIT RTX 3060 StormX , and 5 more on the first related link. The only way to fit these graphics cards are if a PCI-E Riser cable is used to place the graphics card along the bottom of the motherboard. The cable has to be sharply bent (but carefully not to damage it) around the back of the motherboard and take up as little space as possible.
