The bidet. You might, or might not have heard of it, but it is an amazing tool. To put it simply, it’s a toilet seat that shoots a jet of water into you after you have your bowel movement. Now you might be thinking, “That’s kind of weird,” and that’s what I thought at first as well. But once you see the benefits of a bidet, your opinion- like mine- would be swiftly changed.

1. Is eco-friendly.

The bidet shoots a jet of water into your no-no hole, using nothing more. Toilet paper requires trees to be cut down, which hurts the environment. They also sometimes clean too inefficiently, and afterwards they might have the possibility to clog your toilet. The bidet has no chance of clogging your toilet, since it’s just water.

2. Cleaner than using toilet paper.

Have you ever tried to wipe your bottom and had your finger slip? It is an extremely disgusting feeling, but with the bidet you won’t have to worry about that at all. With just a push of a button, it cleans your business thoroughly without your hands getting dirty.

3. More modern.

Okay, let’s face it. The bidet looks at least 5x cooler than a roll of toilet paper. It has a variety of settings to the control panel, but not so much that it’s confusing. It has the memorable sleek and convenient design of a new and improved product of our century.

4. Healthier for you.

Did you know that some kinds of toilet paper can cause rips and tears on your skin? Those cuts could quite possibly get infected, leading to all sorts of problems. With the bidet, it leaves no form of damage behind and risks no chance of infection.

Are you convinced yet? Through all the information I’ve gathered, I have concluded that the bidet trumps toilet paper completely. Bidets have also been widely used all around the world, primarily in parts of Asia. So, why not jump onto the bandwagon and use a bidet too?
