A company named Hankook started to build and design newer ways for wheels to be used for various uses. Its been several years for this product to be finish, but now Hankook finally got fully working flexible wheels. The wheels are multi-layered thick membrane created to fold like origami. To build resistance, the non-folding panels are pushed together with laser-cut aluminum. By compressing it horizontally causes the wheel to turn up to its maximum diameter. So the team went to work and went into two groups, one in the lab on a platform and the other in the Jeep Wrangler. After testing, they found the right one, but it took some time to prototype after prototype. Soon a member from the team noticed that the suspension was a benefit too., couldn’t really make sure, but it was an observation.
