A jellyfish has a body structure unlike many animals it has a nerve net that responds to any contact and some jelly fish have nematocysts a organelle which is a organelle that contains venom. Which is contain in the tentacles of the jellyfish and used for self defense against predators. jellyfish have a mouth but they don’t have teeth so they only eat small, tiny organisms like plankton and krill. Inside the jellyfish you will find multiple layers like the epidermis which is the outer-layer. And the middle is mesoglea which is a elastic gal like substance and the inner layer which is the gastrodermis. But some jellyfish are not like the others like one species of jellyfish can “reset” its life cycle and some can be form from different species. And some can have a deadly amount of venom like the box jellyfish, or can be huge like the lions mane which is the size of a bus what is amazing about this jellyfish is that it protects other fish from predator’s. Or the man o’ war which is a jelly fish that has tentacles as long as 30 feet long and has very deadly venom. What scary about this jellyfish is that they can wash ashore in groups. In Conclusion jellyfish are interesting sea life that have a weird body structure.
