Animation works like an optical illusion; the viewer sees it as a moving picture. There are many, many ways to do animation. You can use 3D models and sets. Then, sometimes, they use a computer program to see how the objects will move and how the animations will feel. During the process, they will also think about the animations, like the body stature, if it is leaning or something, etc. They also have to use math while they are doing this. To make the set, they must measure the width, length, and height. Then, after they are done with that, they go in and add color to the animation to make it more life-like. Animation makes everything look so authentic. The best part of Animation is trying to figure out what the character will like an emote.
Animation is in almost every show or movie you see on television. Let’s take the movie The Polar Express. The director had to draw the animations step by step on a piece of paper. Then, once they were done, they had to put them on a thing so they could see what they looked like all together.
Once they’re done with that, they add color and all that stuff to the animation. And they do it over and over again until they’re finished with the movie/show they were making.
Then, they make the background to match where the character is going to be in the movie. They try to make the background look realistic and anime-like at the same time. Then, once they are done with that, they add all the decorations to the background. Now they are finished, and once they are finished, they publish it and send it to some people, and they upload it so we can see it.
