The Seabob propels you through the water at high speeds. The Seabob is the fastest seascooter. It sucks in water and then gets forced out into the channel. This propels Seabob and the wielder through the water. This relates to engineering because the engineer needed to use what they knew about water displacement to create the Seabob.
