Kuri is a robot helper with a personality.  It is used as a portable security camera that also is good with the kids.  It can nod and interact in simple conversation.  Kuri can also set reminders and tell you what the weather is like.  You can also connect it to your iPhone.  Kuri can also recognize face play music and the radio.  It can also play stories for the children!  If you want to read more about Kuri awesome features just click on this link to the article.

This is related to engineering because they had to design the robot to do all these amazing things.  They also had to find a way to fit all these things into a small little robot.
