By: Isabelle Zambrana, Reporter

Perfume and Cologne  are  used for the same things, I think you all know what the things if you don’t  then let me explain. Perfume is a mixture of fragrant essential oils or aroma compounds, fixatives and solvents, usually in liquid form, used to give the human body, animals, food, objects, and living-spaces an agreeable scent, while Cologne is Perfume liquid composed of alcohol and fragrant oils and Cologne is a cream or paste of cologne sometimes formed into a semisolid stick. But which one is better

Well in point of view its Perfume (it smells better) but www.oversock.com says that its not gender .Over Sock said that “The truth is that the difference lies in the concentration of essential oils in the fragrance’s water and alcohol base. Perfumes contain a higher concentration of oils, typically around 20 to 30 percent, while the oil concentration in cologne is around 2 to 4 percent.”   (the link is in Related story)  but which is better .

The definition for Perfume is “a fragrant liquid typically made from essential oils extracted from flowers and spices, used to impart a pleasant smell to one’s body or clothes.” so basically its a liquid that’s made from a mixture  oils (that is usually liquid ) that  give the human’s a pleasant smell.

Cologne is the same thing kind off but the oils are more shouger .Tend to be used in fragrances for younger people. Usually lasts for about two hours .It also is a perfumed liquid composed of alcohol and fragrant oils.
