Have you ever seen someone stick a card in a potato? Probably not… but read on! First off, you are going to need straight cards (ones that are new and not bent).

Step One; Hold the card between your index and middle finger like your fingers are cutting off the corner.

Step Two; Curl your hand back as far as you can.

Step Three; Bend your arm back so that you can use your whole arm to flick the card.

Step Four; Swing your arm forward and flick your wrist to get spin on the card.

If it doesn’t work correctly, chances are, you just need practice. Keep trying the motion, and as it starts to get easier, try practicing on targets. Eventually, you should be able to stick a card in most anything!
