This animal is one of the best pet lizards you can have. If you want a pet lizard that is easy to take care of, and doesn’t take up a lot of space. The Chinese Water Dragon is perfect for you. They grow up to 3 feet and 3 inches, they live about 10 to 15 years. It is native to the forests of South China. They are found near the banks of fresh water lakes and streams. They live in temperatures of 80 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit. They can stay under water for up to 90 minutes.  They eat small insects and occasionally small fish. The size of the tank is 10 gallons and it costs around 90 dollars. The Water Dragon itself costs about 40 dollars. A box of crickets costs around 5 dollars, or you and feed it worms and that cost around 5 dollars too.

These lizards are designed to be a phenomenal pet and still survive and thrive in the deep forests in Southern China. What I mean by that is they are small and easy to take care of , and they don’t cost a lot of money, and they don’t take up a lot of space. They can still survive and thrive in the forest because they blend in so they can attack prey with ease. They can go under water for up to 90 Minutes so they can hide from big land predators which is absolutely extraordinary.
