Mercedes-Benz Vision AVTR

The Mercedes-Benz Vision AVTR is an electric car, but is not a self driving car. The Mercedes-Benz Vision AVTR price is estimated to start at less than $40,000. It does not have a steering wheel, but is instead equipped with a panel in the middle of the driver’s seat and the front passenger seat. When you place your hand on the panel, it comes to life and can recognize the driver by its breathing. It establishes a connection with the driver and increases the driver’s awareness of the environment. The inside of the car is made from non-animal products, such as wood. The designers chose to use non-animal products because they didn’t want to harm any animals. They get the wood from trees before it starts over growing, so it doesn’t start killing/harm other plants. The turning indicators of the car aren’t in the front or back of the car, but are actually on the wheels of the car. The wheels on the car have lights installed, so when you want to use the indicator, the light on the car wheels go from blue to yellow. One cool feature is that the car can drive sideways when you turn the top of the panel and move it to the side. This is related to engineering because the engineers who invented the car had to construct a plane of what they wanted to make, how they wanted to make it, and what they would use to make it.
