Hafthor Bjornsson is one of the strongest men in the world. The man is so strong he is known as The Mountain. He set a world record dead lift on the Rouge Elephant Bar (1,045 lb) in the 2019 Arnold strongmen Classic. Hafthor Bjornsson can also squat 440 kg (970 lb).
This is related to engineering because, The bio mechanic that make the bars to be strong enough to hold thousands of pounds. Another reason why this is related to engineering because the metal plats that weigh different amounts take a lot of time because the weight has to be exact.
