The Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES or Super Famicom) was the successor to The Nintendo Entertainment System (NES or Famicom). Unlike the NES the SNES runs better quality and games never done before! The SNES games F-Zero and Super Mario Kart were very special to the console because they both played in a 3D third person point of view.
The Super Famicom was released in Japan with a different design in the console itself and the cartridges, but people have found a way to play the Japan cartridges on the SNES with only a few modifications. Both Super Famicom and SNES had similar if not the same parts just changing the exterior.
