This week, I researched how to use a catalytic converter, what it does, why it’s useful, and the disadvantages of not having it. The catalytic converter is used to extract carbon monoxide and convert it to carbon dioxide. My robot will detect carbon monoxide, extract it, and convert it to carbon dioxide and water.
