The Black Hawk has been the military’s weapon of choice when it comes to helicopter combat. But has a replacement finaly come? The Defiant helicopter is a colaberation between Sikorsky and Boeing. The revolutinary design has many benefits although some experts are still not convinced. The design includes many parts. The helicopter has a “coaxial rotor design for vertical flight” says Swami Karunamoorthy a profesor of engineering at Washington University. It also has a pusher propeller system to maximie forward speed.
