Streaming Technology

Technology has become a part of our everyday life. Cell phones, computers, and TVs are just some of the types of technology that we have. Now, with more and more video games being produced, watching streams have become part of people’s everyday life. Twitch and YouTube are the two most popular streaming platforms. Streaming is basically playing a video game for other people to watch. Some items necessary to stream include an El Gato, computer, and a camera. Most people won’t watch a streamer who doesn’t have a camera because seeing someone’s face during the game is fun to see.

This relates to engineering because the technology required to stream includes cords and devices that have to be manufactured and developed by engineers that work for companies that develop new technology.
