Some people may ask what the point of our project is. The reason we decided on this project, is because the idea of creating a device that could solve some of our problems intrigued us. Our intention was to create something unique that also has a purpose. We succeeded in that with the trash can idea. It will be a simple project, and we already have the design, we just need the parts to ship so we can build it.
The design of the RC trash can, is a regular trash can that has added wheels that will be controlled with an Arduino circuit. The way it will change direction is similar to a tank. One of the wheels will stop or move in the opposite direction, and the other will turn forward, which will spin the trash can until it is facing the direction we want. In conclusion, we hope this project will turn out well, and we think we can finish it by the end of the year.
