Boston Dynamics’ bipedal robot, Atlas, can now do back flips. Bipedal robots struggle with keeping balance while walking. However, not only can Atlas walk, but it can also do back flips successfully. Atlas improved significantly since its first appearance. Not only has it become lighter, but it can now work with its hands. Moreover, there is a less chance that the robot will fall. Humanoid robots will improve more in the future.
