The 6262 cc V12 was a significant new milestone in the Prancing Horse’s construction history. Until its launch in 2013, no other naturally aspirated engine mounted in a road-going Ferrari had delivered such blistering performance.
Futuristic and functional
The LaFerrari’s overall silhouette remains true to Ferrari’s classic mid-rear longitudinal V12 sports car archetype: the cabin and engine compartment volumes are contained within the wheelbase to achieve the best possible balance of its masses.
