What is the Dream Chaser?
Sierra Space has crafted the Dream Chaser, a new innovative and generational spacecraft that will transport cargo and humans into the LEO (low-earth orbit) zone. This latest fleet of spacecraft could contribute to world collaboration. Upheld by a NASA contract, the Dream Chaser fleet could possibly help with space exploration, drastically increase productivity, and even provide a constant flow of necessities.
What Could the Dream Chaser Do?
The goal of the Dream Chaser is to convey back, and dispose of cargo for the International Space Station as part of the CRS-2(Commercial Resupply Service) contract. The Dream Chaser will have provide a total of at least 7 trips to and from the International Space Station. The easy flexibility that the Dream Chaser has, such as runway capability, and low g-force power will enable easy and safe transport.
What the DreamChaser Fleet Will Transport:
The Dream Chaser will supply critical supplies such as:
-Food
-Water
-Science Expirements
The Project’s Outcome:
The Dream Chaser is set to take to space, somewhere in the year 2025. The total estimated money spent is somewhere around $1 billion dollars.
