Solar panels are layers of materials that work together to make energy. The base of the solar panel is a junction box using wiring (usually 12 volts). on top of the junction box is a backsheet, a back sheet is made of a polymer. on top of that is a encapsulating material, this is a material that is enclosed and protected. In the middle are solar cells that produce the power, on top is another layer of encapsulated material. To protect the cells they use a layer of tempered glass, and the last layer is a aluminum frame to hold everything together. All of these components work together to make energy from the sun. Solar manufactures go through a series of machines and they are there to make sure everything is ok. They usually get all of there materials from a recycling plant since most of the materials are plastic or some sort of metal. We have to thank our manufactures for helping the company and making all of this available. It isn’t hard to make but the materials are a bit difficult to obtain, although making solar energy from the sun is a difficult task for solar panels, when they are made expertly in a well-run factory, the process is quite straightforward. Solar cells, silicon, metal, and glass are the solar panel’s primary materials.
