Today, we attached the velcro to the skateboard to hold the materials in place. After testing the skateboard, we ran into another problem. We found out that the belt for the motor is too big. To combat this issue, we moved the motor down so the belt is tighter which solved the problem. After assembly, the skateboard actually worked.
