Today s0cceRcat23 and I cut some things and glued most of our bubble machine pieces. After testing it out, we found that the slot we had made in our trough was too small for the disk, so we took an X-Acto knife and tried to cut it wider. We had little success with that, so we then tried to use scissors, and it worked. Next, with hot glue, we attached our trough to our wooden base. Using a hand saw we cut about an inch off one of our pieces of wood because we came to realize the length was unnecessary. We also used wood glue for the two legs of the stand of our bubble machine. Preparing for next class, s0cceRcat23 downloaded the Arduino program, so we can begin to code.
