If you match your voice with the same frequency as the glass and make it loud enough then it is a surefire way to shatter the glass. Not every glass has the same frequency so you have to be extremely lucky to find the perfect glass. Usually crystal glasses are easier to shatter so when you are looking for a glass to shatter then try looking for a crystal glass. If you want it to be even more easier, then you could also use amplifiers to make it vibrate more.
