Range Rover is a British luxury SUV manufacturing project. Range Rover was launched in 1970 by British Leyland. They just achieved a huge accomplishment in the future of automobiles and the environment. The Range Rover P400e now runs on battery generated power without gas or electricity input, also called EV mode, short for environmental. The Range Rover can chug along for 31 miles without the use of the engine with a top speed of 85 mph. Not a problem if you are following the speed limit. While running on gas, the P400e reaches a top speed of 137 mph. A featured function will not allow the battery to dip below a pre-selected level, so instead the motor while engage and take over the powertrain. Lookout for this game changer coming into the market next summer in the United States.
